I have to post this blog to stop any further damage done by this man. I live in the Wake Forest/Raleigh area of North Carolina. Please also reference WRAL.com on their '5 on your side' publication dated 01/28/09. Just today I filed a small claims case against this contractor. He is probably the worst case of can-man I have ever come across. I gave this man over $3900 to work on my home and he has taken my money and left me with a job he has hardly touched and will not return my calls or emails. He constantly failed to turn up at my house when promised and had every single excuse in the book as to why not. He ended up in Jail on 2 occasions over a 2 week period. He took my money early January and the job should have been finished 2 weeks ago. Thank God I did not give him any more cash. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT believe his lies and excuses and save yourself a lot of grief (and money). Company names he uses include Customized Contractors and RPS Contracting among others.
He also uses the names: Rick Stacy, Rick Stacey, Richard Stacy, Richard P Stacy, Nicholas Stacy and Richard Paul Stacy. I hope this blog saves someone else from this horrible man.

I just successfully sued him in small claims but getting my money back....now that's a different story. He keeps moving and ending up in jail.
He has numerous counts against him including check fraud, drug charges, obtain property false pretense and tax evasion- the Wake County Assistant DA is persuing him aggressively. I am one of many victims abused by this man.
